ALESSIA FIT TRAINER is not a single person, but an all-female team of great professionals, who share the same passion: helping other women to like each other and feel good about themselves.I am Alessia Napolitano, Personal Trainer specialized in everything related to the womans body, and my reality is based on continuous research and innovation to guarantee the best result in the field of feminine aesthetics and well-being, through training.The method that I have created and that I use on myself and on all my students is the result of years of (even unconventional) studies born in the first place from the need to significantly improve my body.
Subsequently I found that whoever follows my method through a personalized program, has obtained a truly surprising body transformation, and the testimonies with the photographs and their paths can be consulted by everyone.
